Katsubi was originally started by a successful restaurant business man in New Zealand for Japanese Restaurant Chain. When it came to Australia, we supported setting up the corporate structure in a way simplifying the business process for three different restaurants to initiate the franchise business. Then we streamlined the reporting functions to government agencies for the company’s compliance in tax, payroll, insurances and other corporate compliances with the ASIC.
We support the managing director’s decision in regular basis for business expansion with financial analysis and business growth model application. We also support the business’s supply chain management with local and international procurements with direct involvements with the purchases and payments.
Employee management for over 25 employees has been successfully performed with uniformed payment solutions with Xero enabling automatic payments of wages and superannuation guarantee payments.
Quarterly business performance is being reviewed to check the ATO benchmark ratios for the business and being discussed with the managing director if alarm flags go up.
